Yes. There is a fee of 65.99 or higher to diagnose your device. Repair and price will be discussed with client in order to proceed. Weather the device is fixed or not, there will be a $40-$100 no fix attempt service charge that will cover the diagnostics of the device, time spent and parts installed or soldered in the fix attempt. Please refer to our SERVICES POLICY for any questions or concerns. Invoice must be paid in full in order to release device to client. Devices can be donated.
Typically, I will respond within a few minutes. If I do not, its probably due to servicing a customer or working on a device. No longer than a couple hrs at max. Send me a message and let me know how I may help you. You can also message the phone number for the business or simply give us a call.
Repair times vary Depending on difficulty and parts ordering. Really depends on what is getting fixed. If we need parts for a phone, laptop, motherboard and we need to order it, it can take up to a month for the item to arrive (generally about 7 Business days). If you have a donor board that you can bring in with the device you want repaired, that would be ideal. Usually repairs take less than 24hrs but can take up to 2 weeks depending on other orders in front and up to 2 month on special orders
